This website offers, for purchase:
- Scores (sheet music, PDF format) — for performance purposes.
- Audio licenses — granting the right to use a demo recording (produced with virtual instruments) in video content, under the specific usage terms presented and accepted (via checkbox) at the time of purchase. Two tiers are offered: a personal / independent-creator use license with fixed terms, and a commercial / broadcast use license negotiated individually by contacting Gonzalo Bustos directly.
These are digital products delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the specific usage terms displayed for that product at checkout. The general right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply once the digital content (score PDF or audio file) has been downloaded, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules on digital content — the buyer’s explicit consent to this is requested at the time of purchase.
